I am going to tell others how to earn moderator again because some people don't know how to so they just automatically ask for it. To those out there that are constantly asking to be a moderator, that is just lowering your chances of earning it, and you could get kicked or banned for it. I am going to tell you the main steps to coming your way of earning this spot.
Steps To Earning Moderator
1.) The first step is to be as active as much you can. If you are active, then Damen will see if you know what is going on around the island. You should at least be on at least 3-4 days a week, maximum, the most.
2.) Second of all, follow every single rule. If you do, then Damen will know if you are capable of not taking advantage of the job or just being a show-off that you earned it. He'll know if you won't swear or be inappropriate.
3.) Thirdly, help others if you want. This will raise you chances of earning it so Damen will know if you would help out around the island and not be someone who is extremely lazy.
4.) Also, respect the moderators and administrators. Please respect the people of higher rank, don't act rude or talk back to them, this will definitely NOT get you anywhere of earning it.
5.) Finally....HAVE FUN!!! No one will hire you if you are just so strict and you are incredibly stubborn. Try to interact with others, do fun things, say crazy and wacky stuff! THAT will give you a chance of getting the spot.

Good! There was already a post made by Cyberwolf on achieving a mod or admin position. Also, I think being strict is good. If you are easy on people you will allow them to break rules and not get kicked or something. Great post though.

What I was saying was like don't be strict ALL the time. Then no one would obey you. You can be strict once in a while. Other than that, thanks for the tip.

I would like to tell you something. I am very strict. Yes. Almost as strict as the teachers in Africa, except I don't hit students with rulers. I like being strict because it tells people that you should watch out and not break a rule.
