Hello,
I have found the gang's name which is the SRF, which stands for Social Robber Federation. It appears that rover isn't the leader. Maybe, Morgoth's dust went inside a body, again hmm, 2 banes. Just hmm.

I thought it's 'Black Hawk'? Or is that just one of the names?
