Well, I do not wear a party hat, but a really good guess, because I do wear 4023. (although the penguin is not me) So far, we have that the penguin is wearing a party hat (you can use the id for this) and is a /jr luke. Remember, this penguin looks like he is going to a casual church service, so he/she would be wearing not a tux, but something in-between. I have also decided to give the winner the credits in-game, because I got my 100 credits, and when you do, you cannot go anywhere else until you do that. Good Luck!
