Nearly a month ago I said the a-word on my Sears account because I mistakenly believed saying that word was not against the rules. I was banned without a warning or kick, and nearly a month later I am still banned. It seems a bit ridiculous that my account has been permanently banned for such a simple offense. I would have accepted a 1 day ban for example. Could you unban my Sears account, please? Thanks.

If you said "ass", it's allowed. I'll unban you, and even if you cussed, a month of punishment is more than enough.

Yeah, I said ass. Then a user said it's not allowed, I said I thought it was, then I was banned. Also, another mod told me the ban should only be 3 days or something. I'd recommend informing the mod that banned me (if you know) that ass is allowed. Thanks for your help.

A month is far too much for a cuss word regardless of what you said. At least you are un-banned now, do you perhaps know the staff member?
