If you actually got ipbanned, use real grammar and tell the story. But if you got ipbanned, so did I. ;3

If you want to get un-banned you will need to provide more information, and make sure to try your best on you're writing, read it over a few times to make sure it makes sense :)

If you could fully-explain to me why you are ip-banned it would be nice because I can look into the issue.
Do you also have a clue of the moderator who banned you? I have to talk to him/her first.

There must've been a reason, why you got IP banned. Because they can't IP ban you for no reason, so you will need proof.
