Why am I banned?

Hey there, I recently made a post about a ban glitch in help and support. Chu told me to make a discussion in the banned section. So I can't login to OldCP when I login it says this feature has been disabled on your computer. It has two buttons you can press. When I press either one of them nothing happens and the server never loads up. I think this is a ban glitch. I am really eager for this to be fixed because OldCP is my favourite and I mean favourite game.

It might of been a glitch ban or you might of spammed snow balls a bell and you got kicked and you did it again and they might of banned you, or you might of did something that you shouldn't do on oldcp and you didn't know it and you got banned by a staff member of Oldcp. This is my main guesses that I believe might of happened to you. And also if you said the "s" word they might of banned you because of that.

Lol I don't spam snowballs or bells. I have swore at least 2 times on OldCP saying the "S" word. Nothing else. I do not know what to say.

Ip-bans are forever. You were probably banned for swearing, were you aware of the 1st rule "Do not use bad language". Also, do you promise not to ever do it again and know the consequences this will bring to you?
Here are the General rules:

- Obey the judgement of staff members.
- Do not bully others.
- Do not try to trick the rules.
- Do not threat staff or members.
- Do not impersonate as DSGHQ criminals.
