Upcoming Spring 2015 Moderator Competition

Hear Ye, Hear Ye! 2015 Spring Moderator Competition is near!

There will be a Main one, and a Mini version as well. The Main Game Of Mods was listed above, while the Mini version is:

Game Of Mods is a competition for the role of Moderator. There is "..up to 7 different tasks which can be fun but also serious. A stage could take up to 2 hours to complete" (Game of Mods Spring 2015). There are usually four Teams. Each Team must have one leader and a Team outfit. If a member of the team misses Stage One, they can still participate in the next Stages. Only one absence is allowed. The Team Leader of a winning team will earn a badge titled "Stage Winner badge for the Summer 2014 Game of Mods" (Game Of Mods Spring 2015). If Damen does not arrive on time, Emperor Helper Chelsey will host or a delayed stage. The location is the Oldcp Office, or /office. The Judges invited are any Moderators, or Administrators.

The Royal Wedding Of Damen And Iceesofie

When: Saturday May 9th, 12 PM EST / 4 PM GMT
Where: DSGHQ Throne Room

Maid of Honor: Ellie

Flower girl: Little

Best man: Prince Tennis
Groomsmen: Bailey, DSC, Maniac and Terry91
Priest: Grand Most Wise

Guards will be needed during the wedding ceremony.

On the day of the Royal Wedding, Damen was about twenty minutes late. Jacob, the Priest, was absent, so Hashir was the replacement. When Damen was supposed to say his vows, he said "I can't... I'm sorry..." and he left the room. Many users were shocked, and upset.



Roberto Holds Emperor Regent Temporarily

After the fiasco of the Royal Wedding, Damen decided to take several weeks off. During his Absence, Roberto was given Emperor Regent. Roberto will hold the title and responsibilities until Damen returns.

News Reporters- Amandapink30 is now an official News Reporter! Congratulations!!!


Knights- Caesar, oh, Caesar! This brave fellow is now a new protector of the DSGHQ!

Administrators- Everybody loves the 'Ad' word! You guessed it! Roberto is our new Administrator on the DSGHQ Forums! While Damen is taking time away from the community, Roberto holds Emperor Regent until he returns!

Moderators- Little got re-promoted to Moderator after others thought she was inactive, which was untrue.

Masters- Swirlie and Choco are both new Masters of the DSGHQ Congratulations!!!!

Wise- Lloyd with his infinite wisdom, serves the DSGHQ as a Wise One!

Damen has released a new sneak peek at the LEGO Empire that is coming out soon!

The new addition includes... Vehicles!

Drama And Self Harm

Tennis created a post about Drama and Self Harm.

He explained that users should not publicly talk about Self Harm, only in private, and that you should contact an adult in real life if you do indeed harm yourself. Additionally, he warns users to figure out drama privately, not in moods or discussions.

Letter From The Editor


Have you ever had trouble studying for tests, or taking them? Here are some tips that really help you ace your exam! Before you study for a test, there is one key factor that really determines your score. Do you know the information, or did you just hear it? You must make sure you understand the information you're being tested on. If you are having any trouble with the information, ask your teacher and/or guardian/parent for clarification. Once you understand the content, you must review it. Study every night. Balance out the information, so you don't have a whole load full of studying. Each night, re-read any textbooks, or worksheets that could benefit you. If there is not a study guide given to you, write one yourself, a different amount of questions for each night. On the day of the test, try just to review a little bit of the basics before the test if you can. Once you start your test, read everything there is. Make sure to follow the directions. If you can't figure out a problem, save it for later. Good luck studying students!
