we should have a staff member where penguins can give problems have been bothering them they and can also ban and arrest and there name should be green because why should mods do extra work? also there should be private rooms where the person can talk to the staff member thank you and damen please please read this idea!

This can be a rank, yes. But imo, you should take out walking on walls. Their name shouldn't have a subtitle, their name should just be green and they will be considered "Helpers" of DSGHQ and OldCP. Just a little improvement. Not to be rude, but you described an Imperial Knight.
