No offense but the PE is a disgrace.
And no it does not. Pc is adding Shulkers, duel wielding, Ect.

The PC or Xbox/Play station versions are the best, This is coming from an extremely experienced Minecraft player.

Wow.. I guess I'll have to ask my parents..
 It's a lot of money but every penny is worth all the fun, especially with Xbox Live, when you pay a year of Xbox Live gold for about 60 bucks, you can play/talk/message/add/voicemail friend on your friends list! It's so fun I couldn't go a week without my xbox.

PE because you can play anywhere you want. Doesn't use Internet and it's getting similar to PC and it costs less then PC. PC is $20 while PE is sometimes free, but it's $6 or $3. I got it for free. Also it's less laggy.

PC is 26$ I believe and PC is more intense pvp wise and has amazing mods to the point where you can play Minecraft in Minecraft.

Also PC has good Minecraft plugins to put on a server to like play the hunger games in Minecraft.

PE, because I have it only on my ipad.
I don't have a laptop.

But, PE does have some good things.

- Almost the same as PC. They are updating to 12.0.0 sometime this month.
Then, it will be the same as PC.
- Portable, same as PC.
- Less laggy
- More easier to connect to servers.
- Pay once then play. $8.99 for the PE. Same for PC, but more expensive.
- Variety
- You don't need an account

But, disadvantages.

- Having to jailbreak your device to get mods. (Apple devices only. Android gets it easier with BlockLauncher)
- Having to have the correct port.
- You can't play on PC only servers

Tbh, PE would be good. It's almost like PC, but it's getting there.
Cheeper too.
