OldCP - Swords or Guns?

Hey!
I haven't made a debate or any discussion in awhile so I came up with a debate about OldCP weapons.
Which do you prefer - OldCP Swords or Guns?
If you can explain why you like that certain weapon better please do explain because if you have one of the best answers, you can be featured in Jassie Jingles! e.g - I like swords because they are fun to control.
If you have never experienced using a weapon before, you can still tell why you like that certain weapon because I'm sure most of you have went to a Royal Joust and a few trials and those require swords and guns as well.

I have not used a weapon, but I know how swords and firearms work.
Swords: I would have to say swords, cause they can block bullets and other swords. Also they are Swog!
However they lag, and are harder to use than firearms.Firearms: Easier to use and use one bullet to kill.
I would also like to say: NEVER ABUSE THE POWER OF A WEAPON!

I have used both too. I also prefer a gun because it causes more damage and we can shoot it with far distances. One thing that I dislike about guns are the capacity but it's good that we can buy bullets for 1000 gold.

Coming from the *coughs* best swordsman in the community, I personally prefer swords for they're unlimited damage and overall feeling while guns are limited to a certain number of bullets and have no hand to hand combat

A gun. I rather use a gun because, seriously who would want to run all the way up to the person just to do a stab or two.
