Goto your account, press "Edit Profile", and at the top where it says paste the URL of the photo into the text box, paste the link.

To copy things, just hold down your on the right on your mouse, then drag it across the URL (the text at the top of this post,) and then left click it. press copy.
To paste things, after you have copyed the URL, go to the text box for you pic, and left click it and press "Paste".
