i think it is ruined i tryed everything i never played old club penguin before i feel like my life has got ruined i want them to unban me i never ever pLayed it plz fix it

If its saying you are banned, think about why. If you did nothing, then someone got into your account / already has your username and wasn't respective. If neither of these apply to you, ignore and continue your life.

Try to remember why you were banned, then make a ban appeal post. Good luck with being un-banned.

1- Has your siblings/friends ever been on your account?

2- Did someone else make your account?

3- Does anyone else but you know your password?

If you said yes to any/all of these questions, that might be the reason you are banned.

If you cannot think of why you may be banned, make a Ban Appeal. Just make a post explaining when you made your account, what it says when you try to log in, your username, etc, and any other information in a calm manner. Then post it under "Ban Appeal".


PS: You could also try making another account. If you can't, go ahead and submit a Ban Appeal.

that's the problem. people lie and say it was a sibling that did it to get out of punishment because they know they will be banned for a while and they wanna keep playing and doing bad things. normally no one believes them when they say this because 1.it could be a lie
2. they might start drama.

Really what you should do, is make a ban appeal.

Tell a mod to do something about it.
