Ace's Banned Responce
7th September 2015, 06:06 PM
Right before I got banned, I said that I have no fear of getting banned and I'll have things to do if that happened. That's true, I have a very important thing to do. I'm going to be dishonest, I the thing I have to do is go on dates. Ok, now I'm going to be honest, the real thing I had to do is kill people in call of duty. But then, the game broke, so I'm making this post.
This mostly won't be an apology post. Don't get me wrong, I'm a guy who takes responsibility for his actions, but in this case, I have nothing to take responsibility for. Why? Because I didn't get banned for breaking a rule, I got banned for someone's opinion. That's not really how it works. You don't ban someone because you think they're annoying, you ban them for breaking rules.
Others may think they aren't annoying. No rules were broken. So basically, the ban was an abuse of power. If I got banned for a good reason, I would've been like "fair enough. I was wrong." But that's not how it went down. I got a warning earlier today for rude behavior. I didn't agree with it because I was just joking. I thought about it and I now realize that it was valid because I didn't say I was joking so the person could've been hurt. That was my fault, I take responsibility for that, I apologize. However, the ban reason was not a legit reason to ban someone. And if you use the warning as an excuse for me to be banned, I didn't say anything rude after that, and you don't ban someone because they got a warning, you ban them if they didn't stop after recieving that warning, which I did.
Now you may be like "oh well, it'sh alsho an opinion that you're rude!" If someone sees you being rude, it's not an opinion, it's obviously true so it's a fact. But getting banned for a reason like "being annoying" when you aren't even doing anything to that person is a whole different story.
If I get unbanned, awesome. If I don't, ok. If this gets locked/deleted and I get IPbanned this time which means my sister also gets banned and she goes Chris Brown on me and tries to beat me because she's mad at me for getting her banned, ok.
All right, in conclusion, I'm not begging to be unbanned. I'm not even asking. But I just want you to know that if you ban people for stupid reasons like that, you shouldn't be proud of reaching your goal to become a moderator, you should be ashamed that you use it that way.
And that's all I have to say.

Oh, wow, I didn't even know that you got banned. Banned because you had a second opinion on something? I mean, come on. That's a dumb reason to get banned. I hope you get unbanned. You are definitely right.

you probably got banned because the staff member who put the ban on your account probably thought that you were purposely causing drama, which you were obviously not because you clearly said you were joking. it seems to me as if that staff member deliberately chose not to accept the fact that what you said was a joke.

You were being a general idiot and many people agreed. So, in my royal jurisdiction I, the person who makes the rules on the site I pay for, reserve the right to carry out any function, which I spent time programming, according to my delight. And banning you was certainly, certainly my delight.
