Some of this stuff has been happening lately to some people, like a friend of mine. When you peer pressure someone, it's when you make someone do something or make yourself do something because everyone else is doing it. When someone is doing something bad and everyone else is doing it, DON'T DO IT. It only gets you in trouble.

Now, on to daring. Here's an example of daring to do bad things. Say, a friend dares you to pose as a blackhawk. Now, this is serious offense because blackhawks are a serious threat to OldCP.

Both of these things show bad judgement and you shouldn't ever do them.

Peer pressure isn't "making" someone do something, but rather influencing them to do something. "Influence" is a better word because in most situations, it is impossible for someone else to make you do something. Even if someone puts a gun to your head and threatens to kill you if you don't do such and such, what you do is ultimately your decision and the bad guy didn't make you do what you chose to do. Self-control is truly an amazing thing. Good thread.
