Forums because forums is where you get to know when the important stuff are like jousts,weddings ect.

Ooh, this is a tough one

But I would have to say fourms because you can create moods, albums, disscussions, and mail people. Well, you can't mail people if your a Rookie.

Hmm, I'm gonna say oldcp. Because there is always global and the top of the website where it says that an event is happening. And without oldcp, what would the forums be really about?

I'd say oldcp and forums, because forums is where you know when the events are and u can do stuff, and oldcp is were you meet almost everyone, and where the events are!

I'd consider both of them, because for the Forums and OldCP, you can have fun, enjoy events, rock on, and be a part of the community.
