[OldCPv11] Changes, Wise Council, Imperial Knights

OldCPv11 has just began!
All users were accidently broken during the wedding (I accidently changed everyone's name to Damen. So I had to delete everyone)
OldCPv11 Changes
- All users deleted, make your account again asap for low ID
- Prince / Princess name color now removed
- Bold Lord names removed
- Bold titles removed
- Waterparty ended
- New Wise Council Ranks
- Sword rules
Wise Council Ranks with new Badges!
1 Wise Ponderer (Requires: 1 Wise Test)
- An apprentice of Wisdom, diligently studying about the history of OldCP and wise sayings of wiser ones.
2 Wise Priest (Requires: 3 Wise Tests)
- A more advanced Wise One, approved by the Grand Most Wise to be a Priest teaching the Ponderers.
3 Most Wise (Requires: 5 Wise Tests)
- A truly old wise one, with a grand age and a long beard. Has read many many scrolls in his or her time and spends long time with Priests and Ponderers relating and considering texts of wisdom. These ones are carefully selected by the Grand Most Wise.
4 Grand Most Wise (Requires: Royal Approval)
The Grand Most Wise is selected by the Emperor or Empress himself/herself. This one must be truly the ultimate Wise One, even communicating with the Blind Monks in the Moth Temple. He can read the most sacred secrets and hold the most powerful wisdom. He is the definition of Wise.
Current Grand Most Wise: His Wiseness Jacobg627
The Grand Most Wise one will do the tests for you, and when you advance in rank the Grand Most Wise will inform the administrators who will then give you the badge!
Knights and Swords
All Knights should carry a sword! Request one if you do not have one.

From now on, whoever is holding a trial must wear /head judgejudy (Coming soon)

Greetings!
To be honest all of this is good news. I mean sure all accounts had to be remade but we should honor that we have what we have. I'm excited to hear the updates for the wise counsel. I attempted to achieve this rank twice because I'm very passionate towards it. Both times I passed the tests (thanks Jacob for testing me). I may try once more because truthfully the rank itself is just a rank I believe is made with from the golden toblerone wrappers.
These updates for v11 are all great. They're all needed too and I hope they are adjusted properly
