Once upon a time there was a guy called Herbert P Bear, and he apparently came from a place evil and villainous: The DISNEY DIMENSION!!! So one day he was DUMB enough to put a candle near unlit dynamite. DUMBEST THING EVER!!!! So he got blown into OldCP, and people hate him because he's from the Disney Dimension. So he turned on them, and he's been evil since.
