Forums Update Information
Ticket System Information For Moderators
Moderators can handle most categories a part from Password Changes, Leaks and Gold Store tickets.
Ticket Manager for moderators: http://dsghq.com/tickets It is also on the home page a button called 'Manage Tickets'
Moderators must help with the ticket system or be demoted
Moderators must flag any ticket they can not solve
Admins must help too
Moderators must close tickets that are solved
- Help Ticket System! Get help with anything. Just go click Help at the top or go to http://dsghq.com/help
- Related profiles now appear on your profile showing any other accounts you may own or siblings accounts, school accounts, accounts using the same network and other public locations

That's amazing! Thanks for these amazing features! Forums knights should have access to Manage Tickets too. Forums Knights have no power on forums, but maybe they can report oldcp problems to forums knights, so mods don't get overwhelmed with reports.

I love this new part of forums! I think it will be a great help for new and old users! -The help system.
But the related profiles shows all my old noob accounts that I made before choosing George5562. I don't even made noob accounts anymore.....

Amazing feature! I wish I could help too because most of the moderators are busy.
You have to ask for help. The moderators are supposed to help users who have problems with.. Anything.
Example: Ban appeal, password changes, gold and even profile editing.

The help ticket might be the best thing ever added to this forum since I've joined. I'll do my best to help and respond to unanswered tickets as soon as possible.
We do, but the help ticket allows for people to get a direct response from moderators and administrators in a faster and more convenient way.

There are many people that are related to me, mostly because I know they live in my area, or are just other accounts, but honestly, can't we edit out the random ones? The ticket system seems way easy to keep track of, and I believe will be much help to everyone. Thanks for the update, I hope users will use the ticket system responsibly... not just make 3 a day.
