<p>Today, November 4th of 2015, the popular chat website, Xat, has been hacked. This led to chats being reset, server being down, all ranked users being demoted , and main owners not being able to edit their chats.</p>
<p>As you may have noticed, the DSGHQ chat has been back up since a while ago. At the same time, the DSGHQ Xat chat has been banished due to actions from various users. According to Tennis’ mood, he claimed that Moderators and users of Penguin Watch has broken the rules by swearing on the chat.</p>

It's sad such things happen, and I'm truly disappointed at the people who swore.

I am quite disappointed of the users who caused a lot of trouble. I was there to witness all of it. Xat moderators were cussing, it was chaotic. A lot of trust went out the door yesterday. It didn't stop at the xat chat either, they continued their intrusive behaviour on here too. If you saw those inappropriate names, those were the same people who were disturbing the chat. I am not going to mention their names, though they are the main reason xat is gone today.
It's a little unfair that xat is gone because of them, but if you were there to see what they said and everything that happened, I probably would have removed it too. Maybe after a while it may be added again, or maybe a new DSGHQ chat?
Though, as of right now, xat has been fixed and ranks have returned to xat chats, but I doubt that can fix the damage made by those users.

So the accounts were hacked? Does this mean people might have passwords to accounts that are not theirs? Good thing my xat password is not the same as my DSGHQ password.

The DSGHQ Xat is not planning to be back due its severe actions.
I cannot say if the hacker got the passwords. All I know was the information that I have listed in the blog post.
