Hi guys! Today I'm going to show you how to draw better.
If you ever wanted to start drawing or get better at it, this post might help you.
Beginning
The beginning is very exciting. But where do you start? It's not very easy. I 99.9% suggest starting off with using bases, such as these:
There is also this website called DeviantArt. You can post your art.
DA is a great way to get some feedback on how your skills are.
Drawing websites or apps
When drawing on my phone, I use an app called PicsArt.
I never use my computer to draw, but I occasionally use Pixlr.
Another good computer program is Paint Tool Sai.
YouTube Videos
Some recomendations are: Markcrilley and Echo Guillete.
Echo doesn't always post about art. She makes art tutorials once a month, and they give a lot of explanation and depth.
Markcrilley is a very popular youtuber who makes drawing tutorials for almost anything you can imagine.
Fun2Draw is also a nice channel.
What you think
If you love to draw, I beg you, do NOT be ashamed of your art work.
I do that a lot, and it wants to make me stop drawing.
But, your art is amazing just the way it is!
Keep up the great work!
OC's
OC's are 30% harder to make then just any normal drawing.
To make an OC, you need to give them the following:
A backstory
Their powers (if your OC is magic)
and you can also include this:
I call this a color palette.
You add your colors to the side in little circles.
Creating a style
Creating a style for yourself is hard and easy! Look at some popular drawings and get inspired. Combine a few of some other people's styles together into one!
Conclusion
So that is all I have for today, I hope this helped! And just remember, if someone wants credit for the base, give them credit. Or drama goes down town!
Bye guys!
