That's not really true at all. The whole point of iOldCP is for it to be run by common users who know what it's like to be in the position of the common user. The best ruler is the one who can see both sides of the argument. Although Damen is a good ruler, he's trusting the userbase to rule the game because he has things in his life to work on, and he can't pay much attention to OldCP like he used to.
