All I ever see about iOldCp is people complaining about it but really, the game isn't that bad. It seems like its always being compared to the glory days of OldCp, which we are very far from. Even OldCp will never be what it was in its prime so we need to stop making that comparison and focus on what we have now.

People complain about the CrimeZone all the time. And yes, it is flawed, but was it ever perfect on OldCp either? And considering how cz used to be on iOldCp, it has improved much. There is a lot less innocent killing when crimezone is going on. And when you compare it to OldCp's crimezone, its a lot better because it doesn't really revolve around any one person. I feel like it does need to expand to include others in it more though. It still seems like it is lacking what we all want from cz in the way of involvement of non-op users.

Some people don't like Orlock as Emperor, which is to be expected. Remember, not everyone liked Damen as Emperor and they often disagreed with his decisions. But we do need to give Orlock credit for working on iOldCp and getting it to be more active. If it weren't for him, BOTH sites would be more than dead right now. He has also given people chances that they wouldn't normally have had on OldCp. Like right now we have mods who are evil. This is really great because your alliance doesn't determine whether or not you are or aren't a good mod. And going off this point, there are many people on iOldCp who hold ranks that they would never have gotten on OldCp. Its pretty cool to see different people in different ranks instead of just the "usual" people holding them. I don't mean this to be against the usual people at all, many of them still hold their same ranks because they are in fact good at holding them.

iOldCp also has AMAZING admins. Jesse and Pablo are both great people (excluding Sg from this one because hes Emperor). They are super chill and easy to talk to. They both deserve to have Rank 5 so much. I think most people have very few problems with either of them being in such high positions.

So ultimately, iOldCp is better than how most discussions and moods make it out to be. Yes, it is flawed but also, OldCp was flawed too. It wasn't always perfect and smooth sailing. I think people complain about iOldCp more because it is being run by another user rather than Damen so they are being held to incredibly high standards that are almost impossible for them to reach at this time. Remember, Orlock has only been running iOldCp since like the end of February or March. Two or three months really isn't enough time for us to judge him since he is pretty new to doing this kind of thing.

I don't completely hate Orlock, he's only been angering me lately with the things he does. The game is fine, but mind you, half of the players on the server consists of ranked users, a fourth of the players consists of "Maiar", and a fourth of the players consists of the normal users. It isn't fun to see more than half of the people in the game being armed, ranked, and given immense power, simply because they were Orlock's favorite. Then, when he "Weapon Resets," which means people like me who were barely lucky enough to get myself armed by Banshee, he never gives them anything, and instead, his crimezone actors just swing at each other with nodeath for an hour. It's boring. I understand that there needs to be crimezone, but if I can't participate, even when I was already with an evil lord, then why on earth should I care? I think that's my main problem with him, if anything. I don't see a reason to be evil anyways, since people like iBlue can KOS you for reasons like "Saying aut". That's why I think he is a bad emperor. Can he improve? Yeah. But as of right now, I don't agree with his emperorship.
