DISCLAIMER: This was a work of Alternate History, all things in this scenario are not to be taken as real as it is a work of fiction.
History:
Founded in 1919, The Anti-Kommunismus Korps (AKK) were a volunteer military group of the German Empire. Its goals sought to contain the spread of communism mostly in Europe. It has participated along with other powers in many subjugations of communist uprisings across Europe such as the French Revolution, the Italian Revolution, and the Russian Civil War. It famously fought alongside Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States to defeat the Bolshevik Uprising by taking out important Bolshevik leaders such as Leon Trotsky. After the success in Urals and the retaking of the Winter Palace, Vladimir Lenin committed suicide in Moscow, and with that the Russian Civil War was contained. The Russian Republic was founded after the war and pursued better relations with the West including Germany.
As of now, the AKK is currently fighting alongside the French and Italian governments to contain communist revolutions from taking over their countries. Along with that, the AKK fears that Austria-Hungary will soon fall to revolutionary movements, and fear that some of the minorities within Austria-Hungary will support the spread of Communism. The German Government has advised Austria Hungary to contain the threat of division within its borders, as it never wants to have it's ally fall to revolution.
The AKK, being a volunteer force, is available to not just the German Empire, but territories of the German Empire, including African colonies and the territories shown in the map below marked in light gray. The AKK has been thinking of expanding availability to Austria as well.
