Hi oldcp mods,

Please issue extra chance cards to new users for any good reason. Give them regularly for good behaviour and also competitions

A big chunk of the new (Spanish) users want to become a Knight. Maybe if we add a Knight Training program, they can learn basic weapon rules and train to become a Knight + use the chance cards they get to buy better weapons.
