/purchase ammo/arrow commands are not working on oldcp

Not sure why they’re not working. Hope someone in Administration fixes it soon.

I think this has been going on for some time. It may be a bug, but i'm not 100% sure if it may have been removed with the removal of easy access to guns + bows for users. The commands were big when the royal armory was used, but you can no longer purchase weapons from there as far as I know, so their removal would make sense. Again, most of this is speculation, so i'm not sure.
