Alright, so, I don't think we should demote people based on friendships or relationships. It's about their job, and whether they've done it well or not.

Here is my take on all of the current Moderators/Penguin Watch.

I'll go ahead and start by saying I don't think I've seen a singular penguin watch online in weeks. Demote all of them for all I care, none of them seem to be doing their job. (This doesn't include Sadie, just the Penguin Watch themselves.)

Now, the Moderators.

Aqilius - A good administrator. He gets the job done, and he does it efficiently, and he's plenty willing to negotiate. Keep.
Brit - A good Emperor Helper. They're active enough, and they get their job done. Keep.
Abushekaus - Remind me why he's an admin again? I understand he's in the military, and he serves our country, and that's respectful. But what has he done as an admin? I think he should at least be demoted to some rank like Free Fighter or Master. I don't think he's done anything as an admin. I respect him as a person, but he doesn't even remotely do his job as an admin. Demote.
Damen - Runs the game. Keep.
Turin - Why does Aqilius need a ranked alternate account? Demote.
Orbay - Orbay is extremely inactive, but he gets his job done. Keep.
Julianhak - Julianhak has done near to nothing. He is extremely inactive. I haven't even seen him. Demote.
Loki - She's active and gets her job done. That's all that needs to be said. Keep.
Rouge11X - Inactive, and I haven't seen them do anything as a moderator. Demote.
Jenna - Fairly active, and gets the job done. Keep.
Lush - I've seen Lush around a lot more lately, even though she was gone for a while, and she seems to do a good job. Keep.
Lyss - I've never seen them online except maybe for a few minutes, and they've done absolutely nothing as a moderator. Demote.
Orlock - He comes online enough, and he keeps his island clean. He does his job well. Keep.
IWUVJADEN - I've barely seen them online. I've barely seen them even remotely do their job. Demote.
Sadie - Extremely inactive. I don't even think they remember who the Penguin Watch are. Demote.
Joseph - Extremely inactive. He did a good job in the past, but I haven't even seen him online. Demote.
victoralex09 - The POTM. He's extremely active, and gets the job done. Keep.
Ariana - Active and gets the job done. Keep.
Majorhalo - Fairly active, but hasn't done anything as a Moderator. Prince can stay, but he should be demoted from Moderator. Demote.
Sled - Extremely inactive, except for the forums. Keep him in the forums, but demote him in the game. Demote.
Rootss - They're fairly active, but I don't believe they've done much as a moderator. Demote.
Flame - Extremely active and gets the job done extremely well. Keep.
PolPot2 - Extremely inactive, and last I checked, dead. Demote.
Melian - Rather active, and they get their job done, keeping to the rules despite being a Dark Forest Child. Keep.
Zpheal - Active enough, gets their job done. Keep.

This is simply my opinion looking from a business standpoint.

I'm not looking at relationships, I'm looking at how well you do your job. You don't have to agree with me, I'm sure there are a few that I simply didn't catch online.

Regardless, good luck on the redemption to all of the moderators. (Also, yes, I know included admins, who aren't even in the picture, but this is simply what I thought of how well they did. I know being a rank like that is hard, but if you're not up for it, don't take it.)

HEY. Abu did a lot for the community even before you joined okay he helps damen with stuff you dont even know about he doesnt have to come online to help. Abu is a legend dont forget.

I don't know about that. Abu is a very respected person, and I understand why it is he's an admin, but from my point of view, and many others, I have no idea what he's doing for OldCP right now.

It's not about the past. It's about the present. People on that list were good in the past, surely, but they haven't done much now.

That's the whole point of the redemption.

I wasn't making this post as a way to insult them, I was just stating what I though. Does that mean they HAVE to be demoted? No, they can always improve. But as of right now, I'd say demote them.

again i clearly said in my post that he's doing stuff with damen behind the scenes so you obviously don't see the things he's doing bc it's behind the scenes. Just cause you can't see the hardwork doesn't mean it's not there, remember that!

Also, an admins responsibility isn't to show off and come online 24/7, it's about responsibility and being able to manage a game. It's nothing about coming online, in fact it's not even a requirement because you can do a lot of the things behind the scenes

Administrative work doesn't require him to be active on the game. We have no idea whether or not he's doing his job.

just a reminder i didnt have a computer from July to September and this month i have about 9 hours which is more than half of what a moderator needs

and i try my best to stay active on forums to make up inactivity on oldcp

I think you can improve, and you should be able to keep your rank if you come back a tad more regularly.

i should be on all weekend and monday because im not busy at all. im excited

The only reason why I haven’t been on much is because summer was very difficult for me. Many things went down that I really don’t feel like sharing but I’ve given plenty of inactivity notices. And yeah, I’ve done some things as a mod but not a lot because whenever I go on there’s only like 2 other people online and they’re both always afk so there’s no point sitting there with just myself. But I have done things, just making that clear. I’ve been a mod since March 2019. I’ve done some things while you haven’t been online. Not trying to be rude or anything and I’m sorry if it comes off as rude I’m just really tired rn and not in a good mind.
