The OldCP Baseball League (OCPBL) was founded in 1876 as a baseball club(yes, baseball goes back to the mid-19th century), and is a sporting league/association. The teams below were the only ones playing until 1906.
AMERICAN LEAGUE:
Penguinville Islanders
Operation Village Detectives
Forest Volcano Huskies
Fire Dojo Lions
New Pengland Blue Sox
Water Dojo Sharks
Pengulette White Stockings
Blackout Town Agents
NATIONAL LEAGUE:
Yorkville Giants
Penguifornia Angels
Puffleknight White Tigers
Medieval Golden Puffles
Herbert City Polar Bears
Klutzyland Crabs
Puffleville Village Knights
Igloo State Indians
That's enough teams for now. In 1909, the two leagues agreed to stage a Champion Cup Series between the two league champions at the end of each season. Here are the champions between 1909 and 1924(1910 and 1919 are exceptions):
1909 Champions: Pengulette White Stockings(AL)
1910 series cancelled due to German Penguin Influenza pandemic
1911 Champions: Blackout Town Agents(AL)
1912 Champions: Igloo State Indians(NL)
1913 Champions: New Pengland Blue Sox(AL)
1914 Champions: New Pengland Blue Sox(AL)
1915 Champions: Klutzyland Crabs(NL)
1916 Champions: Medieval Golden Puffles(NL)
1917 Champions: Operation Village Detectives(AL)
1917 Champions: Penguville Islanders(AL)
1918 Champions: Fire Dojo Lions(AL)
1919 series cancelled because of a labor dispute in August.
1920 Champions: Water Dojo Sharks(AL)
1921 Champions: Igloo State Indians(NL)
1922 Champions: Penguifornia Angels
1923 Champions: New Pengland Blue Sox
1924 Champions: Forest Volcano Huskies
There is your 1909-1924 champion roster. 1910 was cancelled for the German Penguin Influenza pandemic and 1919 was cancelled for a labor dispute in August. Two more teams were added in 1906; the Penguin United Flames(NL), and the Chelsea Bears(AL). The Flames went on to win 4 championships, while the Bears clinched 3 Champion Cups. The team that has the most Champion Cups are the New Pengland Blue Sox and the Medieval Golden Puffles; they have 19 championship titles apiece. The team with the least Champion Cups are the Forest Volcano Huskies, only winning 1 title in 1924, as stated above. The team that has won the most batting awards are the Penguifornia Angels, winning 7 awards. The team with the most defensive awards are the Penguville Islanders, with 4 trophies. The player with the most MVP's belongs to Miller Uehara, playing with the Water Dojo Sharks from 1967 - 1988, then playing with the Pengulette White Stockings from 1989 - 2007, he won 27 MVP awards.
That is enough for now, so long! Sorry if this is too much information for you.
