Can I be unipbanned there was never a reason and all the mods I asked said they dont know why im ipbanned

There is a tiny possibility that it is because you killed innocents for fun twice and shouldn't have been armed in the first place. Not sure though.

I've spoken to a few oldcp mods and they seem to agree with your Ipban and say that they never heard you ask them 'why you were ipbanned'.
Please don't lie to us... just wait out the ipban and take the opportunity to learn a lesson and mature.
