Salutations DSGHQ, and @Damen (If you've got some time to read this)

It has been brought to my attention that there is constant abuse of Force Abilities occurring ingame, primarily from the opposition side we call 'Sith'. Many deaths occuring and this is becoming a headache for Myself and Sled to constantly restore peoples belongings to freshie alternative accounts, I have had many complaints.

My associate, Sled has informed me that the abuse isn't just from the opposition side, it's from our side aswell. For example we have people from our side and the opposition side restraining someone in place so they are unable to move from their grasp while having other individuals aid in killing while someone is restraining the person, now we also have people flinging others off their screen or moving them to areas where they shouldn't be.

Now... I feel Force Abilities have emerged to become a big problem, considering the fact of the killings that constantly keep occurring on the game, Frogs seems to feel he can do what he wants and massacre innocents, with his Force Abilities and that justifies my points that Force Abilities should be removed entirely no matter if we remove his stuff he'll always get it back from the characters 'LEGION' and 'OOMLEK', it isn't just Frogs that is the issue this is both sides.

Now another reason regarding why Force Abilities should be eradicated is to shift to a bit of a modern era, we do have Lightsabers and those cannot be removed as majority of the community have paid my good friend Damen money which he put a lot of time and dedication into creating them various Lightsaber weapons with customised hilts, so ridding Lightsabers is a No, therefore another motion to bring back some balance to the game would be the eradication of Force Abilities: (Lightning, Push, Choke.)

Now I know that a lot of people are going to rebel against me or have a thing or two to say about this approach that should potentially be taken or SHOULD BE taken.

Now do not get me wrong, I've had my fun in using those abilities but I shifted away from them a while ago, INVISIBILITY was never a FORCE ABILITY to begin with, the main reason that came to the game was literally years ago when I led the Blackhand gang against ROBERTO so INVISIBILITY is not considered a FORCE ABILITY in any way so that can stay, Force abilities are a constant disruption to users on the game, they are experiencing random attacks while they're trying to enjoy the game and then Sled and I have to constantly restore their stuff/transfer their ranks over, not to mention they appeal constantly to Julianhak hence he is the Lord of Death, and he tends to get overwhelmed even though he performs his duties exceptionally well and commits to the role.

I UNDERSTAND SOME OF YOU have paid Damen USD as well for Force Abilities but you could be compensated in Gold to cover that or maybe Damen could make you something when he has the time to do so as he is a busy man. We all need to make sacrifices, to those of you that currently wield Force Abilities like I once did, sacrifices must be made, I feel that we should shift to a more slightly modern era?

Force ABILITIES can also be a disruption to the new 'Crimezone' which is currently occuring, for example the characters of this new crimezone could be killed intentionally by the abuse of Force Abilities and this will make things more difficult for everyone to participate, it will stop the character from granting potential leads/intel that could be of use to the Crime Office for investigations.

I will be creating an official poll to allow the community decide how they feel about Force Abilities being in the game, the final result will confirm if the abilities should be eradicated from the game in order to bring back that Golden Age of balance, plus it has occured to me that a lot of users see it as unfair and want these abilities to cease to exist.

At the very least, they should probably be nerfed somehow. There seems to have been significant power creep regarding player health and weapon damage, so a change to Force abilities in any way will also likely have to cause those to be adjusted. (See Hashir's topic on all this)

Aye I've seen his topic but I don't think a nerf will really help, it won't stop the abuse and it'll disrupt this new crimezone in various ways.

this. but also some people like forgs have WAYYYYYY too much HP so they're very hard to kill. its unfair to everyone else trying to play the game

Yeah, the health thing has got to go. It's just insane.

the only people who would want these to stay are people who purchased/have them. they have no community benefits and are pretty much abused

Lightning has seemingly been fixed, Push is something I feel too many people have, as it is a potentially deadly power depending on the situation and who has it, Choke is just a variant of push but still seems to be just as useful for crowd control.

As a big force user, this is like cutting my left arm off. I don't use it all the time but its still there and to be used. Although it annoys me how many people tend to abuse it and stuff. Some people don't realize that lightning now affects other people other than their target, making it more of something for a show of force rather than an all out weapon of attack. Unless the room you're in is full of enemy combatants, because I've been in that situation and it was actually a fun time, but my first time actually fighting as well.

However I don't intend on using an op account when participating in this crimezone, I want an alt armed so I can use it to be in this crimezone because well, I want to keep a level playing field. I feel as if we should try and actually strictly enforce the use of alt accounts from op people who are participating in the potential combat within this new crimezone. Of course I am just saying that because I don't want to lose my own stuff I admit.

Another counter point I have is something you said yourself, Damen worked hard to make lightsabers. But I am sure he also worked hard to make Force Push and Force Choke as well. Lighting, firebreath, etc.

Using something properly isn't abuse. If it was abuse Damen would of done something ages ago.
