Everything you're saying here is true. It is so hard for me to stay motivated, to eat healthy regularly, and to get up off of my ass and workout. I'm happy with what my body looks like now, but I wasn't always. It took me a long time to learn how to be happy, and learn that starving myself was gonna get me nowhere. I know many girls (and guys) as well who have struggled with eating disorders and whatnot and it's absolutely heartbreaking. I remember having to take medication because I couldn't bring myself to eat. This is something I've never talked about to anyone on here but I'm glad you're sharing the truth about weight loss because losing weight in a healthy way is not easy and takes a lot of damn time and effort. It's all about nutrition; filling your body with the right macronutrients and micronutrients, making sure you get enough of each food group. Thank you for making this post, really. It's about time people realize that abs are not only made in the gym, but also made in the kitchen.

Stay away from caffeine. Stay tuned for the next episode of THE RAW TRUTH.
To add on to your opinion, this is why I made my statement...
Caffeinated coffee, in particular, may increase the number of calories and amount of fat you burn, making it easier to lose weight. Alot of research has been done and many studies have concluded that caiffeine intake reduces your BMI and Fat mass... as well increasing your metabolism AND decreasing your appetite (which is beneficial since most doctors think people are eating portions that are too big) and this can bring down the quantity of calories you'll intake which balances out better.
So then again, Coffee has its pros and cons but overall I'm happy with my results! Everyone's journey is different
I used caffeine and also salbutamol to increase how much fat I burn. The result? After a few weeks, I lost a few kilos in a short space of time. I regained it all not long after as soon as I stopped using these drugs as it was DESTROYING my performance on the bike because of how hard it was to sleep with my heart thudding so hard.
I promise you 100% the weight you lose using these drugs will come back long term as they induce adrenal fatigue and slow your metabolism long term.

dude this isnt true!! work out and be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. like ya cutting out processed whatevers is healthy and will improve ur physcial and mental health but rly all u gotta do is eat less calories than u naturally burn + burn thru working out. eat less and do cardio to burn calories quick.
Calorie deficits offer only short term weight loss and destroy performance long term.
They induce 'adaptive thermogenesis', a metabolic state created by a lack of carbohydrate (your body's #1 fuel).
Simply: Calorie deficits turn you into a fat storage machine long term.
The only way to get long term gains with no price to pay later on is to eat a high carb, low fat, low protein, unlimited calories lifestyle like I said in the post.
Sadly, a lot of people give up on this lifestyle because they gain weight at the start. The reason is because they've abused their body with caffeine, adderall, cocaine, calorie deficits (starvation) etc... which have turned them into fat storage machines.
If that happens, you just got to stick with it long term (Im talking years here, not days or weeks. Hard for young people to cope with that scale of time because of all the instant low attention spans they got, its probably an achievement if you've read this far)

or just be like me and have a fast metabolism
You must either have a ton of muscle to have a faster metabolism or you eat far less calories than you actually think

well an extreme calorie deficit is gonna make ur body hold onto weight cuz it thinks its starving but what i usually do to lose weight is cardio + big calorie deficit lol. prob not the healthiest tho so
