Quarantine has rendered me super bored, so I thought it would be fun to do a little interactive thing where we reminisce about Old OldCP. Feel free to comment a little reflection on what you were like when you first joined vs what you're like today! Here's the format:

I think my first friend on here was someone called Coolman03. I made a lot of friends but the only one I still talk to regularly is probably Tornado.

What were your interests? What are they today?
I was super obsessed with Sherlock and Doctor Who, but I'm not currently into any shows. I think the last thing I got really involved in was Buzzfeed Unsolved.

What were your goals? Have they stayed the same or changed? Have you achieved any?
I don't even remember. All I really wanted was to be older so I could make fun of twelve-year-olds without actually being one, I guess. If you guys remember the Clique (from what I can gather now, I'm pretty sure they were just a group of 16-year-olds with God complexes) that was basically my ideal state. Now, I'm going to get an Education Bachelors and teach English and Philosophy. Fun.

My friends were CoffeeCow, Terry, Goldenone, Mal31, CookieCandy, Sammy (or Sammie), xZendayax, our iconic lil khal k, payton, Max and Owen. I don't talk to many of them, the only ones I talk to today are chase, lou and terry. I'm pretty sure one of the others are dead, one had to leave the internet, 2 became extremely toxic and rude and the others idk anything about. xZen left because of personal issues and I haven't seen her since and Owen just kinda vanished but now pretends I don't exist... chaotic.

What were your interests? What are they today?
I was 8 years old so really my interests were club penguin + harry potter. Today I'm obsessed with the shows Merlin, Lucifer and The Vampire Diaries. And I love bowling and writing.

What were your goals? Have they stayed the same or changed? Have you achieved any?
I didn't really have any goals back then. I think the greatest thing I've achieved is my status as top 15th for the highest handicap/score in bowling my area.

my interests back in 2015 were tumblr and music. i've opened up to more options and now im into music, critiquing shows, psych and digital art.

i was pretty power hungry and insecure then lmao so i'd always suck up for ranks. i desperately wanted mod, pwc, master etc. but that turned out to be tiring and i stopped chasing over something that seems so childish now. thanks to quarantine im just chilling here with friends for the time being.

My goal in 2013 was to become a Moderator, which I achieved for a short time in 2014. I also wanted to be an official News Reporter, which I achieved in 2017 and 2020. My current goal is to be a Forum and/or OldCP Moderator, but I am happy with what I am right now. My goal in real life is to graduate high school and go to college and major in Journalism and minor in Political Science and History.

Who were your friends? Are you still in touch? Ok I'm gonna be honest here, I first joined on another account (fun fact: I got Royal Jester on it) and met Rasberry on it. Still keep in touch - brilliant lad. Then I moved to Jake01 a month or so later and then my first encounter there was Terry, who has been my virtual father 6 yrs running lol. Met so many mates like Tom, Iwishlagwas, Gamer, Ollo, Smurfs and so many more; cos of lockdown and Discord, I'm in touch with nearly all of them today!

What were your interests? What are they today? My interests then won't be much different to what they are today. One thing which ain't changed is my die-hard love for Manchester United. Back then, some of the interests I had as a kid were in chess (fun fact: I was in a 2v2 with Boris Johnson against some other kid and a Barclays Bank CEO, me and BoJo won on points!) and, well, Old Club Penguin.

So basically, I found OldCP from my group of friends that I've been in touch with since the original Club Penguin in 2014 or 2015. Our group consists of Fizza8, Rouge11, B0ng0, zannypants (Chris), ashley, lolycookies (fizza's sister), Soph223, and Natalia123 (Nutella). We called ourselves the "Jajaja Squad", and have had that name since 2015 or 2016. I am still in touch with most of them except for chris and ashley. Many of them are still around, so i guess that's pretty cool!!

What were your interests? What are they today?
In 2015, I was a huuuge fan of Pretty Little Liars. I watched the first two episodes of the show on TV (2010 I think?) and then caught up in 2015! I remember I tried getting my friends to watch the show, but none of them ended up liking it . Right now, I'm beginning to watch the latest season of Riverdale. I haven't started it yet, but next week I'll probably start and finish it.

Honestly, in the beginning, my goal was earning a rank. In 2015, ranks were not at all just given out to people, so I knew I had to wait a couple of years until I actually achieved a rank. I ended up having well over 10 or 20 ranks in my entire OldCP career (they're in my forums bio), so yeah I guess that's pretty cool!! I also wanted to win GOM back then and ended up winning the busiest GOM ever! Currently, I've already achieved most of my goals that I made 4 or 5 years ago, so I don't really have anymore.

Huh!! I like this Format of Q&A! It reminds me of when I came back to the forums and made my first Discussion/Post! I did myself some Lists of Questions about myself and my history! SO, While Quarantine, Let us delve into the background of HammyMajed! (Hamoza1111)

-When did you join?

Since 2014/2015.

-What was your original username? Did you change it?

Hamoza1111. There were alternative usernames, like "Hamozie1111", or "Hamozy1111", but I revamped my whole username to simply renaming it to "HammyMajed". The in-game name of "Hamoza1111" in Oldcp and other DSGHQ games will always stay the same throughout the years.

-Who were your friends? Are you still in touch?

Quite frankly,... I didn't have any friends..., BUT, I did and do have some people to look up to, such as Hour (Zpheal), Terry91, Jake01, Gamer, Pablo, iBlue, CPBiter, Dice, Randy, Mance (August/Sparrow), and many other users throughout the community! I don't personally get in touch with a lot of them..., but I do sometimes talk to a few like Terry91, Jake01, Gamer, Dice or CPBiter, they're pretty kind people to interact with! Overall... I'm an introverted guy... and I don't and can't make friends..... sorry.

-What were your interests? What are they today?

There were ALOT of interests, mostly back in the day. But my interest was mostly on games... Minecraft is a very popular example, I had ALOT of history in the likings of this game, until now! From the simplistic blocky textures to the buildings and competitions, like speedrunning! It's a really fun game old n' new! There were other interests outside gaming, like solving the Rubik's Cube, skating on a skateboard, or ice-skating... but some I managed to complete and still do, some dwindled away quickly, and some I adored the concept of, tried it but didn't get interested in it. I also like drawing, it was my hobby ever since I was a kid, I know how to draw until now..? but I didn't get good at it and didn't get interested. Back to gaming, there were a lot of games I played either console or PC, such as Mario, Sonic, Club Penguin, Splatoon or Splatoon 2, Just shapes & beats, Diep.io, Roblox, Tetris, VRChat, Moonbase Alpha, Most DSGHQ Games, YOU NAME IT! Some I continue to play, some I part-timely play, and some I didn't play for how long it had been. But In-Summary, there were a lot of interests I liked sometimes, some flew away, some stayed! But most of them I had fond memories of.

Well, community-based speaking, in Oldcp, I had a goal in mind that I wanted to have for a VERY long time, I wanted to have a Rank or a Role in Oldcp, (tbh, any rank would suffice, such as Wise Moth) specifically, being a Knight! I had a really good experience in combat of the game using swords, and I figured, I would be a good candidate to become one of the knights, such as Imperial Knight. I just needed a bit of training to be perfect at more exact speeds, and I'll be set! Problem is... I procrastinate a lot or have other things to do IRL... There were SO MANY MOMENTS I've gotten close to achieve this goal, like training with Mance, Seth, or Randy... but... I couldn't have the chance. It hasn't changed back then, and the time is ticking for the game to shut down, "I NEED THIS RANK", I said to myself all the time..., but I didn't get it, I became rankless all my playthrough, and haven't become anything whatsoever, it is still continuing... but I am not sure if I am going to succeed in achieving it... I hope I would. Getting outside of this, I did say that I wanted to go ice-skating, and I did! It was REALLY hard getting on my 2 feet on the ice, but I've managed with assistance. As said, there was also a goal where I watched a video about Rubik's Cubes, and I challenged myself to learn how to solve it! And, in my finest luck, I DID! Now I average in less than 1 minutes on solving the Rubik's Cube! (idk if that will change overtime good or bad? but I hope to break the world record in solving the cube... lol) There were other goals that were in mind for my future self, such as: becoming a Programmer, or a Coder; Producer, and Maker of a Game! Or even becoming a big-time Youtuber! But, time goes by, and it didn't tick yet... maybe in far future, who knows??? And, there was also the classic objective, that I wanted to gain weight, eat healthier, or get stronger, but of course... I procrastinated again on these important health suggestions. So, Conclusion, I had/have ALOT of goals, yet most of them I don't achieve. But I do have hope on achieving them in the future, even if that's a wishful thing, It'll be more of a hopeful thing.

As in OldCP fellas: Terry91, Pablo, Jesse, OldCPHelper (KingArthurII), Tom0800, and a ton more. A couple of these OldCP veterans have either retired or returned, so it's between a yes and no on being still in touch.

What were your interests? What are they today?
Hmm... I've had an interest in video games, lego, and helping users out in general. My current interest is playing baseball. I had mastered the video game version of baseball very well, and had batted left handed in real baseball. Hoping to be a solid 1B player with good running and defence. Go Blue Jays!

What were your goals? Have they stayed the same or changed? Have you achieved any?
My OldCP/DSGHQ goal was to earn a rank and help users out whenever needed. My helping has been successful, though my earning of a rank didn't go well in the past. In my later years, I've earned two ranks of Imperial Knight and War Knight, which are decent enough to earn in respect. Hopefully I will earn another rank in the future. And hopefully my baseball skills will improve in the future too.
