This is a friendly reminder of the rules of conflict (since everyone is somehow confused??).

Question,

Are you:

1) A good person declaring war on another non-evil person.

2) A good person declaring war on an “evil” person.

3) An “evil” person declaring war on a good person.

4) An “evil” person declaring war on another “evil” person.

Rules for person 1:

In the event that war is declared, the opposing side must assemble their forces in the territory (or the closest place to the territory if the territory is inaccessible) of the defenders.

Once assembled a clear image of the assembly along with a message and timestamp must be sent to the defending side and publicly announced to the community.

If the image is not shared publicly, the war is unofficial and it does not apply to these rules.
When these things are achieved, war is officially declared and a state of war exists between the relevant parties.

If there is no retaliation from the defending side within 24 hours of the assembly and declaration, the opposers are declared victorious based on no-confidence from the defenders.

If there is a retaliation from the defenders, the time out (24 hours) resets when the defenders/opposers are either driven back or retreat without a full victory on either side.

Any form of attack or timestamped retaliatory assembly from the defending/opposers side constitutes retaliation regardless of whether it has been mandated by the party leader.

If the defender's/opposer's forces are destroyed or reduced to an insignificant amount, victory can be declared.

Rules for person 2:

The same as person 1, but you are probably wasting your time as the POWAH of the dark side is too much. Any formal declaration of war will be laughed at and met with force. We may choose to ignore you and keep control of the island anyway. Think carefully!

Rules for person 3:

Fight and take occupation by any means. We do not need Southern approval and therefore we do not need to follow their rules of conflict. Victory is achieved once the great Myrus is satisfied with our level of control over a certain island. Steps outlined under person 1 are a waste of time and mean nothing to us!

Rules for person 4:

WTH ARE YOU DOING, PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER AND JOIN THE NWO. NO LAND SHALL BELONG TO ANY OTHER THAN THE GREAT NWO AND MYRUS!

There we have it. A nice simple summary of conflict etiquette and an explanation of why every land shall fall to the hands of the NWO and Legion.

What? You’re a land owner and don’t want to lose out on all your stuff? It’s simple... SIGN THE CONTRACT AND JOIN THE NWO!
