Hey guys I have been in this community for some time started in 2013 as a noob and than wasn't something serious until 2015-2016 as "Dragon" I go by many names "Devil", "Pope", "Dragon", etc I know I have been in the shadows recently but I can't bare to stand anymore abuse from mods just today I saw a mod KICKING OFF BOTS like come on how sad and pathetic is that, not to mention its abuse, another instance I have been noticing is "ABUSE BANNING" now last time I checked when you commit a small crime such as hitting someone with a saber or even killing 1-2 people the consequence was arrest and settled in jail however mods get bored not banning anyone so they jump to ban these small crimes instead of addressing the problem with the proper protocol. It brings me great shame that it has come to the point that mods are even going as far as banning the small cz characthers we have which is very sad. People beg for cz however when it happens users get banned just for participating and the reason for ban may be a simple excuse as "protecting others before something bad happens" to plain out "abuse" however how is it abuse when you have a purpose to do a job. I will cut my rant short but mods need to get retrained on what is an acceptable ban and what isnt. EX: Someone cusses - ban (good) Someone kills 1 user - ban (bad) why because swords are in the game and are meant to make the game different, in p3d if you kill you don't get banned you still get to play and I believe that some users are trying to prevent further crimes by attempting to ban it only defeats the purpose and ruins others on the other side of the table who have a job to. How is it a good guy killing a bad guy is (good) but a bad guy killing a good guy is (bad) they are both following orders yet 1 gets banned it is like you are raised in 2 families both to believe they were raised right.

To conculde @Damen @Sled @Admins fix this ban abuse and outrageous because it not only is abuse it also defeats the game purpose, lets enforce the protocol of "arrest" before ban only ban for killing should be a "mass killing" however not even this should be a ban it should be a duel till the user dies no need to nurf the op to 1h and cheap kill fight fairly because no one bans Pythas on dagor for killing hundreds but a normal user doing it is crazy.

Orbay has spawned the same amount or even more bots than Miro and we never saw you taking them out

@Randy When orbay spawns 400 bots we fight them we don't kick them that is sad and pathetic not to mention abuse (should be a ban ngl) @Damen your thoughts?

I'm not even kicking all of them, I'm just getting it to a reasonable amount. And to fight off the sea spawns it only took going on an alt acc that doesn't have an evil xprop and killing the bots with a woodensword, because they wouldn't attack you. Mean while, your bots attack anyone without evil xprop which is a lot of the population of the game. And could kill anyone within seconds stepping out of spawn. That's a lot harder than just going on an alt without evil xprop, to fight off the good bots. Plus the bots lag the server, and if I had known Orbay spawned over like 1000 bots. I would have kicked too if someone reported it to me, the reason I started kicking off the war goblins is because it was reported to me and there doesn't need to be that many bots to protect one island.

You are right to say that it is not necessary to spawn such a large number of bots. However, what you say about "we can only go with an alt and kill them with woodensword" is not entirely true, since, it has happened several times, that someone of us has asked an administrator or even you for a woodensword and they have answered no/ignored. About the number of users who die from bots, it has been reported MANY times that crimezone usually spawns bots that can spawnkill, it is already known, so if you die from a bot, it is indeed your fault for not following orders or listening to others. And how come you didn't realize that there were many orbay bots? Didn't you notice /activity or /allusers all that time? (Sorry if I sound rude, I have nothing against you only that it is something that usually bothers and is unfair)

I can understand where you're coming from, but the example of the wooden sword came from when Mance would go on an account that has a woodensword and clear the sea spawns that way, because they wouldn't attack him because he didn't have evil xprop. Also, when I do /allusers I usually scroll to see who the real users that are on. Recently along with the bots, at least around 100-150 bots, and there's still plenty of War goblins that are in rooms even with me kicking them because I stopped at a point (185 users that are on). Another reason why I didn't see the amount of sea spawns, is because he usually would despawn them before he logs off or once he's done fighting. Either way, Orbay shouldn't spawn so many bots either because of obvious reasons, and same goes for Miro. And I only brought up spawn killing because that's an example of how hard it is to clear those bots, the bots can spawn kill anyone without the evil xprop making it really difficult to clear them, along with the weapons the wargoblin has. In conclusion, I think both sides need to spot spawning so many bots and make the amount of bots they spawn reasonable and not over the roof.

I mean, releasing armed accounts that literally attacked earlier so they can attack again is a threat.

Also, guys, don't get so mad at Randy for kicking some bots. Some of you literally come on on alts to kill seaspawns and earthguards with wooden swords because they don't attack you all. So this really isn't much different.

I stopped spawning a ton of bots around a week ago. Now, I don't spawn over 10 bots in a room.

Plus, y'all already came on and killed my bots with woodenswords. I don't see what your issue is.

I don’t care if Randy kicks some bots, I get it, it lags. My only problem is that if enough are kicked to clear rooms then that helps against my war effort
