So, I was reminiscing and looking at my Pookie Standard posts.. Which were also a total cringefest, by the way.

One thing which popped out was my comic section: "Peter's Life", what made me smile was how they kept on improving - I could tell by the storyline and the execution and style of jokes, not to forget the replies!

As we are all bored out our minds and the Forums hasn't been graced by a Jake01 discussion for some time, I thought why not? I'm gonna bring back Peter's Life! Hats off to the people who remember it The skits will be posted at least 2-3 times a week

Peter: Kids, come down for dinner! Your mum's food ain't that bad! Just breathe through your mouth and gnash it down... *mutters* Unless your teeth get gnashed down first...
Claire: *slaps Peter* Oi! What do you mean not that bad? You've made it look like my food's taken a Business Class flight to Hell!
Peter: Sorry honey, but all that talk about families and couples having honesty between them... I never knew there were corners you can cut out...
Claire: Don't be stupid, there are some exceptions. KIDS!
Tim: *sighs* Go on then, what's for dinner this time...
Claire: I've made us tacos! It's Tuesday, remember?
Eliza: That's what they're meant to be...
Peter: Eliza, don't mock your mother's cooking skills. As horrible as they are, she put in a lot of effort!
Eliza: Oh yeah, definitely, I get that... *rolls eyes* It must take a lot of effort turning tacos into cement...
Claire: *flicks Eliza's ear* Watch it, Missy! Why can't you eat up your food like a good child, like Tim? And Peter, what did I tell you before? There are EXCEPTIONS to honesty!
Peter: I thought this was one of them!
Eliza: Tim? TIM?
*Eliza, Peter and Claire look at Tim - Who's slowly been putting the food through the sink while the others were fighting*
Tim: What? I ate the juice! The rest of the food disappeared into the sink so I did technically eat all my food, right?
Eliza: Tell your doofus of a child that- You know what? I can't be bothered. You're all STUPID! *turns on her phone and starts texting as she walks off upstairs*
Claire: Sort your son out, Pete... I'm gonna just go wash up. *sighs as she scratches her head softly in embarrassment*
Peter: You heard your mother, come on now! GO TO THE NAUGHTY STEP! *whispers* Take my phone on your way out and get me 2 Large Pepperonis and get you and your sister whatever you want. YEAH GO ON, L-LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES...!
Claire: *looks up from washing the dishes* Seriously Pete? *takes off washing gloves and chucks them onto Peter's hands* The Pizza Card has been played 4 times last week... I can't believe it. *walks off to watch TV*
Peter: *shouting over to Tim* AND YOU BETTER BE SITTING THERE, REFLECTING O-ON YOUR ACTIONS... BETTER DAMN MAKE SURE YOU ORDER YOUR MOTHER A PEPPERONI TOO COS THIS FAMILY'S ALL ABOUT HONESTY!
Claire: *smiles as she watches TV* You saw did ya?
Peter: Yep... I'm gonna have to unclog that drain aren't I?
Claire: Uh huh! I left quite a lot more food in it than Tim.
Peter: *sighs as he reaches into the sink drain* Ah, is it cos you didn't eat your juice?
Claire: *chuckles* Sorry, I'll go join Timmy on the naughty step... I forgot to ask for chicken wings!



Thanks to those who've read all of that and are now here, it was so hard not to try make that any more cringy... It's been like 5yrs since I did one of these gimme a break!
