Hello. Today I will be talking about everything that has been happening for the past few months. There are so many things going on that I dont know where to start.

Let's start with the bullying. I dont know how all the bullying happened but unfortunately, bullying happens all the time now. There used to be hardly, if any bullying but now bullying is all around you on OldCP. I'm not talking about little things that some people THINK is bullying, like disliking posts. Im talking about actual BULLYING like huge teasing, calling bad names, beating up someone, mean behavior, etc. Although the beating up one is of course impossible to happen on OldCP, you get my point. All the bullying seriously needs to stop soon. Like with Tornado and hashtagfood; At this point, I don't even know who's bullying who because both of them are very mean to each other. Although, it doesn't matter if both of them are bullying each other because if both of them are bullying each other they are both still being bullied, correct? The point is that the bullying needs to stop.

Now onto another subject. Drama. Omg. There may even be more drama than bullying. One of the most common, dramatic things is people saying they'll quit but not really are going to. Not trying to say I WANT people to quit. And yes, I was one of those people but that was different. I didnt know that I was gonna end up staying. I really thought I was gonna leave. Not to make it sound like I'm blaming everyone, but myself. The bullying leads to the drama. In my opinion, drama and bullying are sort of in the same family. Both bullying and drama need to be stopped.

Now onto another subject. Promotion and demotion.
Let's start with demotion. People are getting demoted for no reason. Even if the staff does have a reason, they usually have no proof. And thats not fair.
Now onto promotion. People are starting to get promoted too easily. Getting promoted is supposed to be an earned privelege, but people are just getting mod handed to them without even working for it, while other people that have been working their butt off for mod and or have been on the game for a year. This is also unfair because it makes some people that didnt achieve mod after a while feel like worthless, unwanted, garbage.

Now onto another subject. Getting banned. You're supposed to get banned for breaking the rules, but now people are getting banned for no reason. Two examples are Freezer and Tornado. Well, both of them were banned for a reason actually, but the staff didn't have proof of them doing anything wrong.
Hackers. A lot of people have been getting hacked lately. I am one of those people. Hacking is a serious issue, just like bullying. Hacking is not cool. Its unsafe, and cruel. Which is why one of the rules is to never give your password out.

We're a team guys. We are all part of the OldCP family. We all can help OldCP come back to the old oldcp. We need to do this together. I think everyone including me should promise theirself not to do anything that will make people want to quit, always be good penguins from now on, and etc. Have a great day and ill see you guys on oldcp.
