Qualifications & Suggestions: I have been an active member in this community for a loooong time, under many psudonyms, and quite frankly I want this place to be better. More equality for dracs, and normal citizens but also making sure innocents get a chance to join either side, get a change at ranks and make an impression.
I won't suddenly ban someone without evidence, or remove someone's weapon without proof. Trials should be fair and equal, and if you brake one of the laws you should get punished. This is a penguin game though, so I won't ban anyone for life.
I think since the community is aging, some restrictions need to be relaxed and the users need to take more of a center stage. So that's why i'll overhaul the Citizens Council in order for people's suggestions to get immediately added without needless bureaucracy. The mod team needs a shakeup, with new faces. However, I will not remove those that contribute much to the team.
I know all the commands as an admin, as I was an administrator on iOldcp. Hopefully you make the right choice, and make Oldcp a little brighter.
