Hey, so after I edited the rules of conflict the other day, I realised it was just confusing.

So I decided to NUKE those rules and create the ULTIMATE WAR SYSTEM.

This new way of warring puts you in control. YOU decide the terms. You decide the contract.

The ONLY rule I have to make is if your enemy REFUSES to agree to any terms for battle, you may appeal to an admin to sign off the battle even if your enemy don't agree to the terms (so long as your terms are reasonable).
