Step 1:
Click on red colored envelope in the top corner. The red color signifies you have received mail. When it is white, your dms did not get slid into by some cutie.


Step 2:
As you can see, some random dude is trying to slide into my dms. Let’s take a look at his main shall we? Click on the title of his message which would be “Where is my super suit?”


Step 3:
After clicking the title, his terrible pickup line appears in the box.


Step 4:
Here is the crucial part... having to RESPOND back and continuing the conversation! I decide to dm back because it is polite and it is rude to not reply back. To respond, you click in the text box and type up some reply for the dude sliding in your dms.

After typing it up, you hit submit. Seconds later the mail will send to the other person and when they see you have mailed them back, they will be simping over you.
