As you can see, Fable steps out of spawn while Rouge's bots and Orcs are fighting and just stands there, while I'm in spawn.

I give him like 20 seconds to see if he moves or not, but he just stays there and I thought it he was AFK, so I believed it was a good opportunity to kill him for Miro's ring back, since he's a big threat to the NWO.



Then you can see me go to the bottom right, getting the bots to attack me while I block them all so I can choke Fable into them.

I then make my move and choke him into the bots



Then he left, then I relogged and some people were saying I choked him out of spawn, someone checked cinema & got a video of it but it was still the same thing when I checked it myself & so did the draconians, they saw what I saw.

If you want to watch it for yourself, the time was 10:28:00 AM EST in courtyard, and don't skip any of it, watch it all til 10:22 PM EST so it doesn't bug out or anything like that.

Also, how would I choke Fable out of spawn when he was behind all those users, and why would I think about spawn killing not even 10 hours after I get UNBOS."

I watched it back and it was clearly spawnkill. Fable even said so himself that he never moved out of spawn.

Zes also has video recording proving that Fable was indeed, force choked out of spawn.

It wasn't a spawn kill, I saw him out of spawn on my screen and if you want, I can record cinema with my phone & send you the video in DM if you want, the game can bug out sometimes & I have the worst luck in life. Can you just take 4 minutes and check it on cinema? 10:28:00 at courtyard, and don't skip anything just watch it and you'll see Fable walk out of spawn at like 10:31 and just stay there.

Also I apologized to Fable for what happened and he forgave me and told them not to ban me, but I was banned anyway and apparently we lost war all because of a stupid glitch.

It doesn't look like a spawn kill to me also there is an actual bug tho where spawn glitches I don't know if Damens aware of it but I've died the exact same way before basically theres a glitch sometimes where when you spawn in or /rejoin it doesn't put you directly in spawn and puts you next to it but on your screen it shows your in spawn but for everyone else it shows that you aren't in spawn you can even ask 4207b about this glitch he can back me up on it.

I was a witness and on my screen fable was not in spawn neither, however was afk (so his own fault for not paying attention), I'd also like to add that this seems more of a glitch and should not stop a war before it actually started. I vote to continue the war and call this a glitch no harm done (no one died).

Idk what's going on there. I can record Fable walking out of spawn if you want with the time included.

maybe it was a glitch on frogs' screen, so it should be looked into more before he is banned?

Yes and No, on a lot of people's cinemas it shows Fable in spawn and from Rouge's perspective it showed Fable in spawn too. Frogs claimed Fable was by the statue, which is believable because on my cinema it shows Fable by the statue too. As much as I want the South and good to win, I must be honest and real to myself. So yea that's what happened

According to my cinema, Fable was not in spawn at the time. He joined, and moved over to the statue. Make of that what you will.
