Zes: Today we are gathered here for the trial of Ari AKA Icevanka. It’s also supposed to be Naii’s trial but he probably won’t show. In the case of Naii not showing, he will be KOS. Which is a probability. So if y’all didn’t know, Ari over here has leaked a couple of create items. Mainly Orbay’s mask which gives you alpha and speed. I told him to take it off as did other mods but when I logged off he put it back on. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELF ARI???


Ari: Uh no I didn’t. I did it a long time after.


Fable: Naii found an exploit using inspect element and network setting. It allowed him to find SWFS in the room currently meaning anyone with a patched item was in the room he found the ID. Naii found the ID for Orbay’s mask and leaked it to Ari. If items that can be leaked are so accessible, then why is this punishable?


Zes: it doesn’t matter if they’re accessible, you shouldn't wear them. Someone else paid for it. He’s broken a lot of other rules, too. Constant bans on multiple platforms. Multiple mods can agree with that. CoffeeCow, do you have anything to say?


CoffeeCow: I would like to bring up Fable’s claim first. Sir, your evidence is invalid and here’s why. Based on the Criminal Code in article, Private Item Leaking it says I quote, “Private item leaking is the leaking of an item's ID or password that is not meant to be known to the public. Those are public create items.


Ari: Naii leaked those items first and carried on to say publicly.


CoffeeCow: Another statement in the Criminal Code states: “Punishment for this crime is execution. A probation - by means of weapon banishment.


Zes: Ari has been banned for breaking different rules. He was banned on different platforms.


Zes: The ban spreadsheet has your name on it a lot.


CoffeeCow: Ari publicly gave the codes away. I was sent an anonymous screenshot. I will not reveal the username.
