Recently, Terry has leaked a conversation that I had with him while I was hiring him as EH.

Many have been upset as they have naturally missed the reason behind what I said.

I was testing Terry when I asked him if Zes should be replaced. After all, many people were backing Zes for EH and I wanted to see if Terry was contentious.

But he wasn't, and he said the right thing to me by saying "can't we both be admins?" To which I said "Good thinking".

Ask any of my admins and they'll say that I do test them from time to time. This was an example of such a test.

Lesson? Don't leak your private convos as it can break trust and always breaks context.

Nevertheless, The problem is now resolved.
