So today I was banned on MiroBrute for choking users out of spawn, Rookie3152, and Orbay, even though on my screen they were out of spawn in Myfort, I don't believe I break rules often, or ever spawn kill on Oldcp, especially purposefully. Damen, I do not care if I'm not unbanned, but will you please fix this glitch so more people are not banned? I'll explain what occurred which resulted in "spawn choking", the first one I spawn choked was Rookie, who on my screen was on the right side of Myfort, near the bottom bench, I assumed he was AFK or going to fight back, so I choked him to death, he did not show any animation of coming up from the spawn on my screen, so I continued until he was dead. Secondly, Orbay. Eugee and I left Myfort, I relogged, checked sanctum, then waddled back into Myfort, on my screen PIG was standing next to Orbay, and PIG told me and Eugee to kill Orbay, something like "< KILL HIM" with the arrow pointing at Orbay, who was supposedly in spawn so I began choking him and killed him. Apologies to Orbay and Rookie, and hopefully they can be revived.

Hi Miro,

I am well aware of this glitch and I have witnessed it myself and I have been accused of the same thing you are being accused of. I remember when I owned DRAKE military and would fight wars the glitch would happen and it'd appear that I shot an enemy in spawn when I didn't. It's a really annoying glitch and it's very hard to distinguish when it happens because it looks different in cinema than ingame on your screen. This appeal seems very genuine in that you are pointing out the exact locations in which you shot people, and not only that but you wish for people to be revived since the glitch happened (its not fair to them).

I wish there was more I can do but I feel that if you truly are telling the truth then you don't deserve this punishment and there should be a proper revival due to the glitch. My only hope is that @Damen looks into this more. Obviously on cinema it looks like you spawnkilled but we all know that isn't always the case.

I cant do anything because you haven't given your full username or the full usernames of the users who died so I cant check. Using aliases mean I have to prowl through modlog for ages to find what happened and often I just give up because I can't find it.

A few days ago, I investigated this case. I watched this situation via cinema, and MiroBrute was shown using Force Choke on Rookie3152 out of spawn. I forgave him because he apologized to victims for his actions, also I believe that this situation may be due to spawn glitch.
