Terry: This is the trial of Tommo. Tommo is accused of betraying the Empire by breaking treaty by warring against Southern allies. How do you plead, Tommo?


Tom: Innocent.


Terry: Tom, why did you decide to war Rouge?


Tom: Because the king was inactive and I don’t know why an admin is an island ruler.


Terry: Rouge, you may speak.


Rouge: So, I just want to say that despite Alatar’s inactivity “laptop broken”, I’ve been an active queen and hosted 3 events for the North. I’ve done a pretty good job. You could’ve warred Cobia or Das bu you chose the North.


Tom: I’ve ruled Das and Cobia before what would be the point.


Rouge: All I’m saying is that I’m a good queen.


Orbay opens his suitcase.


Orbay: It is indisputable that yesterday at 4 PM EST Tom, along with IMPERIAL, waged war on the North which is, by contract, under the defense of the South. There are no sub-clauses in this contract that say you can war if the king is inactive or if the queen is an admin. Being an admin ruler is, by all means, allowed. And Damen himself on forums has stated he’s fine with Rouge as a ruler and admin. I find it quite unnecessary for us to be discussing the “ethics” of this war.


Tom: Orbay, tell me why you made deals over Providence with evil? Wasn’t that a breach of the contract.


Orbay: Accal Black is by no means an enemy of the South. He is not in a KOS state.


Tom: Top Dogg, under Ungoliant.


Orbay: Accal Black serves no one. You've made it abundantly clear when you were sucking up to him for CZ points.


Tom: Accal Black is a known enemy and you made a deal with him over evil land.


People in the courtroom begin arguing whether Black is neutral or evil.


Wilf: I’d like Tom to get an entire defense talk so that Orbay and the mods may then give a cross examination in the proper court way.


iBlue: Tom has used IMPERIAL to help the South in many ways. #1 being he used his rank 5 to help out with administration, taking the weight off of admins and putting it on himself. #2 being he used his militaries to help the South in many wars. #3 being he has had many great leadership roles; Lord Commander, Knight Captain, Detective Inspector and Sergeant, island ranks. He knows how to run militaries. He invested his own gold to buy his military.


Turq: I’d like to add that Tom never helped evil or any enemies of the South. I decided to help in the war just because Libtinia is an enemy of OWO/Old NWO. Tom never supported evil. He’s always helped the South fight against evil.


Wilf: What is your birthplace, Tom? South or North?


Tom: South, obviously.


Wilf: Are you aware that, as a Southerner, you violated a contractual agreement that you, as a Southern citizen, was obligated to work with?


Tom: Yes.


Wilf: Henceforth, you have committed high treason. And in saying yes, you have admitted to it.


Orbay: Being an overly helpful and good person doesn’t void you of any punishment for the crimes you have committed. Rouge was a Southern loyalist and once she acted up nobody talked about her “good deeds”. She was demoted and BOS’d. Regardless of why Turq fought with Tom, he still fought with Tom. Meaning he did, in fact, get help from a servant of Ungoliant. Even if we disregard the atrocities that happened in the war such as an IMPERIAL killing a DRAKE prior the war’s beginning and an IMPERIAL spawnkilling Terry via missile, we did not break the contract first. I implore Terry to see this blatant disregard of IMPERIAL'S resources and how Tom used IMPERIAL to go rogue, which Damen admitted himself and give him the guilty verdict for the crimes he's committed.


iBlue: So, you spoke about how an IMPERIAL killed a DRAKE at 3:59 but Tom said his PC said it was 4. Tom should not be at fault for this.


Tom: Doesn’t even matter if it was seconds before.


iBlue: It’s not Tom’s fault his pc is a few seconds ahead or cinema is a few seconds behind. He shouldn't be in trouble for this. First, we should find the faulty time whether it's his PC or cinema and fix it.


Wilf: What's sad is that no one mentioned the abuse of AS. IMPERIAL weren’t even supposed to have the command. It was a test command.
