During my meditation on Ach-to, I have decided to write the ARTS.
A shinobi of high caliber, may be able to find themselves channeling the raw ability of the WATER art.
To call onto the highest from of the water art, one must let themselves waver within their own soul before bringing all emotions into ones self.
Thus; call to the wind the following, "WATER STORM CASTED". Let all your emotions FLOW forth throughout your body, like a cloud releasing rain.
Your element will begin collecting power, as your emotions come forth before you manifest a perfect rain storm.
Water is the art of changing indifference.
