Yes you must vary your life, doing too much of one thing is unwise. Like with POTM, its a challenge. But with life its good to vary time on things like games so we enjoy them more overall.

You shouldn't quit... since you are a great P3D player, founder of EA, owner of Axel etc. Just spend less time if its distracting.
