I suo soware antivirus and remotely it is through an app called team viuew from which they can take control of a computer from another account and never share personal information, I am very safe with my things, I do not know how everything happened but this is done

Why would you let someone take control of your PC over Team Viewer? Also, even if you did, you would still have primary control...
