I'd like to take some time to discuss my big issues with OLDCP as of late..


man its boring.


Don't get me wrong, I love people who play etc.. but the CZ fun is all gone, it feels like...

"WATCH CZ CHARACTER TALK TO EIVEN, RAINBERRY, AND ROUGE... IN HD"

I wanna be APART of it, not a SIDE character.


Oldcp is just not interesting to me anymore.

Yeah I feel that. Cz would be easier to care about if the actors didn’t all act like frogs. It’s just gotten to be so poorly acted that I can’t take cz seriously. It’s really made me lose interest in cz and oldcp.

Does that mean by being bored?

Been gone for ages so I can't say for sure, but I remember the crimezones being fun puzzles and hidden items that anyone could come across and report on. Now it seems as though you need to have in depth understanding of OldCP lore, and to be know by many other players because the characters won't want to interact with you otherwise. And that's all it is now, just characters saying very vague dialogue with an established detective or player with a weapon. I want the fun puzzles back, where anyone could make an attempt at solving them. I know the whole deep lore thing is for continuity but there's still no reason why there can't be more puzzles and less chatter.

Agreed, I haven’t been on a lot but from what I’ve seen it just seems like barely anything goes on and then “we’re having a war.” every second week. The old cz used to be more original and more fun.
