Idk why my igloo crashes people's game, it's not just me because it also happened to other people

I think it's because I got too many pets but I'm not sure @damen help legit can u remove all my pets

By crash do you mean the game slows down really badly or does it instantly cut out?

Its happened to me before, Ill click home and it will freeze and close
