"Mods are first doctors"
Case Study:
As you can see in the picture, the penguin on the left is upset. Why? Because the penguin on the right is being a class A troll and has said something triggering.
The penguin in the middle is the moderator/moderador.
What is the moderador doing? Well he/she is doing the restorative approach. They haven't punished anyone at this stage. Instead, they're trying to
repair the relationship.
The restorative approach focuses on key questions:
What happened?What were you thinking?
How did this make people feel?
Who else has been affected?
What should we do to put things right?
How can we do things differently in the future?
Each person gets a chance to speak and the other is encouraged to listen and wait their turn to speak.
We will go into more detail in part 3. Please reply below that you have read this and leave any questions and feedback too.
What if they don't co-operate?
After many (legit) attempts to resolve the conflict.

I have read this and wonder how long did this restorative approach go on for till one of them was…gone?
Until the mod makes an unbiased judgement that one or more are not co-operating with any mods. Their problem is their own, they deserve to have a ban or arrest.

i read this
i normally ask other people for their input in situations like this due to the fact that some people may not like you and won't agree with what you say because of their feelings towards you.

You'll never silence my voice, no, I won't go.
