Summer 2021 appraisal for all DSGHQ mods!

Each mod will have an admin assigned to them to do their appraisal

Admins will look at staff's:
- Activity (time clocked in)
- How they are on the game when users are on
- How effectively they do their role!

For Forum Staff Review the admin will
- Look at your recent posts.
- See how regularly you log in etc.
- Look at the mod log to see what actions you've taken.
- Maybe ask others about what they think about your moderating.

All Reviews Need To Be Done By...

Send the mod your appraisal via forums (ideal) or Discord

Demotions

If an admin thinks you need to be demoted, you will be notified

Ngl, I thought just the other day that you’d be having us do appraisals again soon. Maybe I’ve got some ESP (the sixth sense). ?

Aw man, what did I do to deserve you (Damen) as the guy judging and critiquing my moderating abilities? Nah, I’m just kidding. I look forward to the appraisal, I personally thoroughly enjoy receiving any and all bits of comments/constructive criticism that will help better myself as a member within this staff team.
